Home      Our policy
Our policy is never to release our doves when the weather is so bad that it could result in them not finding their way home. Should this happen then we would give a full refund less travel expenses. However, if it is decided to cancel before we have left for the venue, then a full refund is given. (we always try a err on the side of possibility) 
 
The doves will not be released inside or at night time
 
It is also important that our doves are released at least 2 hours before sunset to enable them to find their way home.
 
A deposit of £50.00 is required when placing a booking
 
If it is necessary to cancel the booking then at least 6 weeks notice must be given. In this scenario the deposit would be non returnable.
